Why do you do what you do?

I love beautiful things - seeing them, creating them, sharing them - I love writing, I love weddings, and I love my pajamas. Snippet & Ink combines all of those things in one, so it's kind of my perfect job.

What should brides/grooms know about your service?

What makes a wedding super rad to you?

Awesome people. If you've got that, the rest is just gravy.

Name one wedding tradition that you wish to see re-invented.

Taking a honeymoon right away, even if it means going an hour away for just a couple days. Who wants to go back to work the Monday after you get married?

What do you want the guests at HITCHED to remember about you?

That I love pretty, and I love love more.

I love sleeping outside, especially if I have a mattress. So glamping.

Cake or pie?

Rhubarb pie. Or chocolate pecan. Mmmm. But if you put buttercream frosting on something, I probably won't say no.

Beach or desert?

Beach.

French wine or Mexican beer?

Mexican beer.

Beatles or Stones?

Stones. Gimme Shelter is one of my top five favorite songs.

Mac

Stripes

Boots or sneakers?

I'd really rather be barefoot.

Night owl or early bird?

Night owl, but I'm working on keeping the same normal hours that my honey does.
